Four-Year-Old New Student
Admissions and Tuition

The Wood Acres Early School has programs for ages 2, 3, and 4.

To apply for the Early School’s Four-Year-Old Program if your child is not currently enrolled in the Wood Acres Three-Year Old Program (click here if your child is a current Wood Acres student):

1. Complete the Application for Admission form.
2. Provide two teacher recommendations using the Teacher Recommendation form.
3. Contact the Admissions Office after January 30 to schedule a developmental screening for your child.
4. Return all forms to the Admissions Office along with a $75 one-time Application Fee. The $75 Application Fee is non-refundable.
5. Call the Admissions Office (770.971.1880) to schedule a tour. This meeting gives us a chance to learn about your child and share information about The Wood Acres School.
6. Notification of admission status will be sent by letter on or around April 1, 2012. To accept a placement, you must return all appropriate forms and a $800 Registration Deposit by April 20, 2012. The $800 Registration Deposit secures the student’s placement for the next school year and is applied to the total tuition obligation. The Registration Deposit is non-transferable, and non-refundable.
7. You can pay the entire tuition amount up front or in nine monthly installments. You will receive a 5% discount if payment-in-full is received by June 1. Tuition can be paid by check or credit card (note that credit card payments include a 3% convenience fee).

The Wood Acres School proudly offers an affordable, quality private school education to our students. Careful consideration is given to annual tuition schedules based on current program enhancements and plans for school improvements in the coming year.
